Tan Lixin (b. 1993)
BIOGRAPHY
Tan Lixin is a creative writer from Singapore. She has been writing since she was a child, and her first two titles are poetry collections published by Math Paper Press. She was the founder and chief editor of Wallflowers Mag from 2012 to 2016. She is also a three-time winner for the Commonwealth Essay Competition, and her work has been featured on Prairie Schooner and at various events including EXPOSED by Obscured. Lixin graduated with a degree in accountancy and works in the tax consultancy field in the day while spending the rest of her time writing, reading, volunteering in an animal shelter and championing animal welfare in Singapore.
