BIOGRAPHY
希尼尔（1957—），新加坡作家协会荣誉会长，世界华文微型小说研究会副会长。曾获得新加坡文学奖（2008 及2022），国家文化奖（2008），东南亚文学奖（2009）及世界华文微型小说双年奖（2014，2016及2018）等。著有诗集《轻信莫疑》，微型小说集《认真面具》及闪小说集《恋恋浮城》等。
Chia Hwee Pheng (b. 1957) writes under the pen name of Xi Ni Er (希尼尔). He currently serves as Honorary President of the Singapore Association of Writers and Vice-President of the World Chinese Mini-Fiction Research Association. He received the Singapore Literature Prize in 2008 and 2022. He received the Cultural Medallion in 2008, the SEA Write Award in 2009 and the World Chinese Mini-Fiction Biennial Awards in 2014, 2016, and 2018. His publications include the poetry collection Stretched Credulity, the short fiction collection The Earnest Mask and the flash fiction collection The Floating Republic.
