Xie Qing 谢清 (b. 1947)
BIOGRAPHY
谢清（1947-），原名谢国华，生于新加坡，祖籍广东梅县。曾获颁新加坡华文诗歌书籍奖。《新加坡15诗人新诗集》作者之一。新加坡五月诗社创办人之一。曾任美术教师，曾任职于新加坡教育部课程规划与发展署美术组。现为空手道黑带八段教练。
Born in 1947, Chia Kwek Fah wrote under the pen name Xie Qing. His ancestral home is in Guangdong, Meixian. He was previously awarded the Singapore Chinese Poetry Book Prize, was one of the 15 poets featured in the Singapore 15 Modern Poets Collection, and is a founding member of the May Poetry Society. He was previously an art teacher and worked in the Art Unit of the Curriculum Planning & Development Division within the Ministry of Education. He is currently an 8th Dan Black Belt Karate Coach.
